This is not another weight loss program.


Why? Because we're starting with the basics. We will walk you through a healthy living program to help you make small changes each week, adding up to actual results. This will give you the best chance for success.

There's no meal plans, no weird foods, no pressure, no guilt, and most of all, no reason not to give it a try!

This course is organized into a four-week program to help you develop and build on the skills and habits needed to live your best. Everything is based on the very latest science and is fully vetted by a Holistic Nutritionist.

Hi! I'm Lindsay.


I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Coach, and Essential Oil Coach. I was drawn to alternative medicine and holistic health when Western Medicine was failing to provide relief from my symptoms. I was feeling pressured to “just take a pill” and hope for the best. But I knew that taking a pill did little more than mask symptoms. The root of the problem was still there and would likely be there forever. I knew there had to be a better way!

My passion for health and wellness stems from the belief that health is much more than simply the absence of disease. Our bodies, the earth, and our intuition can help guide us to living our best lives. Through my work, I hope to empower others to make small changes in their everyday lives to positively impact their wellness journeys and the global community. The environment, sustainability, and community involvement are always on the top of my priority list.
